01 Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined here. Understanding these definitions will help you interpret the rest of the document accurately.

• "BK999" / "we" / "us" / "the platform" — refers to the BK999 online gaming and betting platform operated at bk999-jit.com and all associated services, software, and customer support operations.
• "Player" / "you" / "user" — refers to any individual who has registered, or is attempting to register, an account on BK999.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a player upon successful registration on BK999, which holds their balance and betting history.
• "Balance" / "Funds" — the total PKR amount held in a player's BK999 account at any given time, including deposited funds and credited bonuses.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free bet, cashback amount, or other non-deposit incentive credited to a player's account by BK999.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — a stake placed on any game or betting market available on BK999, including casino games, PSL markets, and esports markets.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a bonus amount must be staked in eligible games before it or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification process, which BK999 may require to confirm a player's identity, age, and address before processing withdrawals.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the sole currency used for all transactions on BK999.

02 Eligibility & Registration

Access to and use of BK999 is subject to strict eligibility criteria. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at all times while your account is active.

• You are at least 18 years of age. BK999 does not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to register or use the platform.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on BK999 or any related platform.
• All registration information you provide — name, date of birth, contact details, and payment information — is accurate and complete. Providing false information is a breach of these terms.
• You understand that online betting carries financial risk and you are not using funds required for essential living expenses or borrowed money to fund your account.

BK999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restrictions or closure.

03 Account Management

Each player is entitled to hold exactly one active account on BK999. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or device identities — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. BK999 will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, or phone. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised it. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact BK999 support immediately.

• Accounts must be registered with a valid email address to which you have regular access. Important notices, including security alerts and transaction confirmations, are sent to this address.
• BK999 may require you to update account details if your information changes. Playing with outdated information, particularly payment details that no longer match your registered identity, may delay or block withdrawals.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity maintenance charge. You will be notified before any such charge is applied.
• Account sharing — permitting another person to access and use your BK999 account — is prohibited and constitutes a breach of these terms.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on BK999 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). BK999 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals:

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. There is no minimum withdrawal amount. Maximum transaction limits are displayed at the point of deposit or withdrawal and may vary by payment method. BK999 reserves the right to adjust limits at any time with reasonable notice.

• Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete and satisfactory.
• BK999 targets same-day processing for all withdrawal requests submitted before the daily cut-off time. Complex cases or requests requiring additional verification may take up to three business days.
• Withdrawals from bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirement being fully met before processing will begin.
• BK999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including payment confirmation screenshots or bank statements — before processing large withdrawals or where fraud is suspected.
• Any deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a processing fee on withdrawal, to cover payment gateway costs.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

BK999 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback promotions, free bets, and VIP Club rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, plus any specific terms communicated at the time of each individual offer.

• Bonuses are credited to the bonus wallet and are separate from real-money funds. Bonus funds are applied to wagers after the real-money balance has been used.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified for each promotion. Bonuses not cleared within the stated period will be forfeited automatically along with any associated winnings.
• BK999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not apply retroactively to bonuses already credited and accepted by players.
• Players who BK999 reasonably believes have engaged in bonus abuse — including coordinated betting to reduce risk, staking patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, or collusion with other players — will have bonus funds forfeited and may face account suspension.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, device, IP address, or payment method is permitted. Multiple accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitute fraud.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on BK999 are subject to the following general betting rules. Specific rules for individual game types — PSL cricket betting, esports markets, baccarat, roulette, and card games — are also published on the relevant game pages and form part of these terms.

• Once a bet has been confirmed by BK999's system, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or voided at the player's request, except in circumstances where BK999 itself determines that a void is warranted under these terms.
• BK999 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned.
• Live in-play bets accepted after the relevant event outcome was determined — due to latency or delayed odds updating — will be voided and stakes returned.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently abandoned, cancelled, or deemed void by the relevant governing body will be voided and stakes returned, unless sufficient play has occurred to determine a result under BK999's specific sport or game rules.
• Accumulator bets require all legs to win for a return. If one leg is voided, the accumulator continues with reduced odds as if that leg had been settled at evens (1.0).
• BK999 sets maximum payout limits per bet, per game, and per day. These limits are displayed in the betting interface and may be updated. Bets placed before a limit update will be settled under the limits in effect at the time the bet was accepted.
• The use of any automated betting software, betting bots, or data scraping tools on BK999 is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

07 Responsible Gaming

BK999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across all its products and player interactions. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become harmful. These terms include specific commitments about how BK999 supports responsible gaming and what tools are available to players.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all BK999 account holders and can be accessed from the account settings at any time, free of charge:

• Deposit Limits — set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly deposit amount. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling period. Reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Limits — set a maximum continuous playing session duration. BK999 will alert you when you approach your limit and log you out automatically if you do not respond.
• Cool-Down Periods — temporarily restrict your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days). During a cool-down, betting and deposits are disabled but withdrawals remain available.
• Self-Exclusion — permanently or temporarily close your account for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed within the minimum period under any circumstances, including direct contact with support.

08 Account Suspension & Closure

BK999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any activity that BK999 believes may be criminal in nature.
• Suspected use of automated software, bots, or technical exploits on the platform.
• Behaviour that BK999 determines to be abusive, threatening, or harassing toward platform staff or other players.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or request from a law enforcement body directing BK999 to restrict the account.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player's balance will be frozen but not forfeited unless the investigation confirms fraudulent activity. Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud or terms breach, BK999 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the balance. Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting support — the process will be completed within 48 hours and any remaining balance will be returned via the player's most recent payment method.

09 Limitation of Liability

BK999 provides its platform and services on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. While we invest significantly in reliability and uptime, we cannot guarantee continuous availability.

• BK999 is not liable for any losses resulting from system downtime, technical failures, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or third-party data feed errors that affect odds or game outcomes.
• BK999 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.
• BK999's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time of the incident.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits BK999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Players use BK999 at their own risk. By registering and using the platform, you acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose funds wagered. BK999 does not guarantee any outcome in games or betting markets.

10 Amendments to These Terms

BK999 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — those that affect player rights, financial terms, or game rules — will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file, with a minimum of seven days' notice before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing terms, or changes required by regulatory instruction — may take effect immediately without individual notice, though the updated terms will always be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of BK999 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you should stop using BK999 and contact support to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
